We do not use cookies or other methods to track visitors to our site. Your IP address is logged by our web server for diagnostic purposes, web server logs are discarded after one week.
We log failed web site login attempts and save them indefinitely.
For members who log in we keep the date, time and IP address of your last access. All other personal information we keep on you is available to you in our roster, activity log, and scheduling sections. Scheduling information is cleared before the beginning of each ski season.
We do not share member information from our website with any other entity. But, independent of this website, some member information is required from us by the region, division and national levels of the National Ski Patrol system.
Email and other correspondence to our organization is handled by individual administrators who may make archives and backups of that correspondence.
